I don't normally write reviews, but I want to prevent people from ordering this product thinking it will be a perfect fit for a 2021 Model Y. The rear, trunk and storage compartment mats fit perfectly. The front driver's and passenger mats just do not fit. They are short just enough that the mats slide around, which is especially annoying (and kind of dangerous on the driver's side). I land giving this item one star because of the seller's response to my complaint about them not fitting despite the description saying it is a "custom fit". Here is the response I got: "hello, because the tesla model y is too big, we have no big enough floor mats for it , i have see the image you send to me , you can try to install the floor mats under the seat, then it will not slide, thanks " Are you kidding me? Install under the seat? We aren't talking about a rug that I can tuck under the leg of a couch. We're talking about a floor liner in a car. Seems like the seller also knows that there is an issue and does not mention it in the item description at all. It would be great if they would ship me a couple of replacements once they rectify the issue. I'll update my review if they do. For now though, if you get a brand new Model Y and want a perfectly fit mat, don't get these. You'll be disappointed.
