I have bought this product 2-3 times. At first, it has a good hold and the brush is good quality. However, you can't keep it for long because as it ages (which happens much more quickly than say, most mascara) it will flake upon application. It looks like your eyebrows have dandruff. I personally do not want to replace it as quickly as it goes bad so I don't like it anymore.
