The cooler meets my expectations. After a quick glance at the instructions it was easy to figure out how to make it work. It has gotten down to temperature pretty quickly, and is quiet. The one star review is because I received the item and it had been damaged during shipping. I tried to return it and Amazon said they would not accept a return on this item! I am trying to contact the company but haven't received a response.
