Updated 2018 - Another one bites the dust - in the exact same way!! A hole will form in the rubber push button rendering it useless. It will either not pump out soap or will push out way more soap than you need! The rubber push button for soap dispensing will form a crack a couple months after using and either not push soap out when you need it or it will leak all the soap out while it sits. This is the 3rd one we've owned and they don't last long for an OXO product. The foam scrubber will also detach (come unglued) from the white mounting bracket that hooks it to the handle part. Can't figure out why the company hasn't fixed the rubber on the soap dispensing button as it seems like an easy fix, but still no good!!
