It gave the right design, but the Floor Head didn't have any motor to add speed to it, which makes it extremely hard to work with carpet and when you need to clean debris that slightly large or not in powder form. With the weight of it, just like molding the floor with a bush, just hard to move it around. The design of bagless design and stick design is to make vacuuming become effortless, but this makes vacuuming become a lot of hard work. Other bands design sounds better. I didn't get paid to write this review to damge this band, but by my real experiences. They even ask me to delete my review, on Dec 20, 7:48pm. Frist, as I said at the beginning, good cencept bad design. They didnot temp to combit to their design failure and thinking of improve their products. But they just simply decided to ask the reviewer who leave truthful comments to delete their review. Futhermore, they even leave a false statement : ( we can fully refund ($40) you for the trouble. You wont have to return the item. ) This is a conplete bad management since I brought the vaccume for 65 not 40 USD, and second I have already returned the item more than a month ago and I have already received my full refund regards to this order, BUT THE SELLER COMPLETELT NOT NOTICED, showing they have bad management and poor customer service. Well, I will leave you guys to think rather pruchase from this seller or not. But for now they seem not thinking of make improvements and disrespecting Customers Rights.
