Cover clearly doesn't work. We own a tempurpedic (sponge) so we bought this in 2012 (ten year warranty) to protect our investment. Flash-forward 3 years (ten year warranty) and my four year old son climbed into our bed in the middle of the night and immediately proceeded to pee.... I can't imagine it was more than a few seconds before I noticed (it was still warm), but, the damage had been done. Then I remembered we use a mattress protector - Phew!!! Long sorry short, not only did the protector not work, but once I pulled the tempurpedic cover off, I could immediately see a complete discoloration on the tempur material on the side where I sleep because I had sweat through the protector on hot nights. My wife's side of the bed looked brand new...I added a picture of my multi-thousand dollar sponge for added affect. Anyway, it is now 4:00 AM, and it's time to head off to the guest bedroom...Tomorrow I will reach out to the company to see what there thoughts are. Once I get the list of ways I was in the wrong, I will update this post.
