Loved these at first and bought 3 total. Too bad 2 out of the 3 broke after a couple of months!! I sent back one of the completely non-functioning dispensers back to simplehuman and they said it was working fine and shipped it back to me.... but no matter what I tried, i.e. resetting, replacing batteries, cleaning, nothing worked. Had to dump that in the garbage. With the other broken one, I could hear the valve working but nothing would come out. So I went on to cleaning it like they recommended and tried to see if unclogging it with rubbing alcohol and priming the dispenser would help. Nothing worked. So there went another one in the garbage. What a waste of money! Incompetent product.
