UGH. UGH.UGH. First time I used it, I started cooking at home, unplugged it took it to work and could not get it to start again. I tried everything — reprogramming it, starting from scratch, using different outlets, everything I could think of and nothing worked. A whole meal was ruined for the potluck crawl at work. Second time I used it, I put a meal in it, programmed it for low using the instructions and when I left the house at 6:30 a.m., all was well. When my daughter arrived home at 2:30 p.m, it had somehow at sometime during the day, switched itself to HIGH. She could not reprogram it to low, either. She unplugged it, moved it to another outlet, tried everything, but nothing worked. The meal was burned and I mean CHARRED. This is one to skip, people.
