Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

It looks like most people are providing reviews of how the set looks upon delivery, before breaking the seal to open up the package to watch some of the shows to see how it all works. My delivery was fine, and the set had no damages from delivery. I have more important issues, as outlined below: This is the second The Office DVD set that I bought from Amazon (the first one I returned because it was sub-par). Unfortunately, this set is also sub-par. The design of the two cases (one case for seasons 1-5, other case for 6-9) is terrible. You may have to remove 3 DVDs before you can get to the DVD you want. They put several DVDs on the same hook, so it isn't easy, nor seamless, to access the DVD you want. Additionally, did anyone else notice that it is so very hard to choose the desired show on the screen? Unless I have a defective set. My mouse seems to only highlight the Deleted Scenes for each of the shows, and it's very difficult to select the 20 min long video. My video displays that. In the footage I have displayed, I can finally click on "Take Your Daughter to Work Day" instead of the Deleted Scenes of that show, however, I unfortunately cannot click on the other two shows ("Valentine's Day" or "Dwights's Speech"), although I can click on the Deleted Scenes of both of those two shows. It's really frustrating. I want to be easily able to select what show I want to view. Lastly, it seems like the quality of the video is poor. I am even watching it on my 15 inch HP laptop, and it looks very pixelated. I'm very unimpressed with this DVD set. I'm planning on returning it.
