I recieved this as a Christmas gift, I won't lie, at first I thaught this would be very practical. The idea of the pivoting head is very interesting, but then tuinking about it, that ment there were going to be many parts that could fail, and I was right. First off the battery and motor are both very weak, do not attempt to remove any screws/nuts/ anything that you already didn't loosen first. Second the materials are cheap, if you notice in the attached picture, I sheered the gear on the big head after my third use. It sounded like it just slipped out of gear that's why I took it apart. Please do yourself a favor save your money and purchase a brand name driver from Dewalt, Mikita, Bosch even black and decker is built better. Hope this helped
