Only the second time we used this product, the corners of the case cracked where the front wheels are installed, and the wheels will no longer roll forward when my son is riding it. We contacted the manufacturer, and they said that since the case was jostled and fell in the trunk of a taxi (we think) that this does not constitute normal wear and tear, and so they will not replace the product. If that isn't normal wear and tear for traveling, then I don't know what is. I would not recommend buying this expensive case - as awesome as it was when it was intact! We all really did love it... Oh well.
