I really want to like this product, but I bought it 3 months ago and finally had time to try the ph test strips today. These are test strips provided by the company, as instructed. To make it a true comparison, I tested both the ionized water and tap water. They were both dark blue - the color indicated ph 8.0! I then tested the ionizer on the highest setting. It came out green, like the color for ph 6.0. That didn’t seem right, so I tested straight tap again, and again got dark blue. Don’t know what’s going on - if the ionizer is faulty or the ph test drops are no good - but for the price, I feel the water should be consistently ionized! In addition, the spigot, where you divert the water to the ionizer, has been leaking since right after I hooked it up. Ugh. I could not find a way to contact the Air Water Life company on this site. I did get a phone call right after I bought it, and ended up buying a new filter system as well. I can’t recommend this product, unfortunately.
