I wish I would have read the reviews about the buckle before I purchased this item. So I get the rings do a few pull-ups on them and within a work out or two the buckle on one of the straps stops working. So then I try to find the company using google and apparently they are not the only "Prosource Fitness Equiptment" and apparently the company that comes up on google has gotten so many complaints about this company that they have developed a letter to Amazon consumers that expains how they are not affiliated with the Amazon version of Proforce. The letter goes as such: To whom it may concern: Prosource Fitness Equipment Inc. located in Raleigh, NC has no affiliation with the Amazon based "Prosource Discounts USA" also known as "Source". It appears that this company is not willing to place a contact number on the Amazon site. We have received several phone calls and e-mails requesting assistance for products purchased on the Amazon website. These concerns should be re-directed to Amazon and ultimately "Prosource Discounts USA" We have tried unsuccessfully to contact this company through the "contact us" tab on the Amazon site. We have also contacted Amazon to request any contact information for "Prosource Discounts USA". These requests have been met with resistance due to the fact that Amazon's policy is to not release its vender's contact information if it is not listed on the Amazon website. Amazon is currently working on a solution at this time. We expect that Amazon will force "Prosource Discounts USA" to add legitimate contact information to their site if customers continue to complain to Amazon. If you have the packing list or shipping information that was included with your product, it should contain contact information from the shipper. If not, you need to contact Amazon.com directly with your complaints. Some people have liked the product if you read some of the other reviews but to me suport is really important and if I have a problem I want to be able to complain to someone about it.
