I received two of these sony blu ray players recently. The first one I received has all the apps and works very well. The most recent player I received from you does not have any internet video apps installed. It seems to be a very old player that had only an app for a disc player. I did send return the item via KOHLs Store. I have the shipping receipt. If you charge me again for this item as your recent e mail stated, I will close my account and NEVER order anything from you again!!
