After having ordered this product and drinking it daily over the last few years, I started feeling ill. Wasn't sure why... This prompted me to do research on just about everything I've been putting into my body. That said, upon researching, I stumbled on a ConsumerLabs report which listed Amazing Grass in their report of various 'green powders' which were contaminated with toxic levels of heavy metals (including lead, cadmium, and arsenic). Needless to say, Amazing Grass (and several other companies) had more than double the amount of lead than what is considered safe for routine consumption. Lead is not only carcinogenic, but can also cause reproductive issues in both men and women. Apparently, the company has already been sued for their non-disclosure. (A well-define Google search will uncover these details.) That said, I am a health nut, and these heavy metals in this product are (and have been) killing people slowly. If you are pregnant (or plan to be), suffer from cancer, or have any other health ailment(s), I STORNGLY suggest skipping this product (and/or not skipping your annual blood work). Amazing Grass has clearly invested more in their marketing than in their product safety. Buyer Beware 💀😲
