Zero way to actually listen to the buds
I just received these Galaxy buds, but they came with no way to change the tip and the wings, not to mention NO charging case. These were basically completely useless to me for $100+. I expect to get a product with all of the necessary attachments and ways to charge the product for any product over $100.
