Broke after 1 use -- no help to get replaced!
Horrible!! I used this once a week after delivery on my hard wood floors. Went to use it a month later and the unit won't spray water. Customer support tells me I have to pay to ship unit back to them...like $70 shipping for this huge box!!! I bought the extra warranty and they won't help with anything until after manufacturer warranty is over!! Screwed all the way around!!!
