It would be nice if it could print an envelope. You can follow the diagram on the little drop-down tray, and all it will ever tell you is "Paper Jam". Of course, if you take the envelope out, it will happily print on letter-size paper from the main tray. I'll see if tech support can help, but honestly, using the accessory tray shouldn't really require external help. Update: No, they couldn't. They showed me the panel to open & levers to flip on the back (so give yourself about another foot of counter space, minimum) to even get it to try. The machine will now print on envelopes, but it irons wrinkles into them so they look like a Shar-Pei has been hit by a steamroller. Tech support says that since it can print on regular paper, it's not a warranty issue. This is a 24lb. #10 envelope (like for a resume). I'm not rolling dimensional lumber through the thing. You can put it on its thickest setting and you still get this.
