Condition says new but this bag has been obviously used and is broken! There is no main zipper. The strap is almost broken off, the purse looks worn, and to top it off there was trash in the outside pocket! It boggles my mind how this item was sold to me as new, and appears on my doorstep in this condition. I was really looking forward to using this bag for my upcoming travel but the product was not up to par.
