I bought this product for my daughter (30+ yo) and she followed instructions exactly as written. She felt a burning sensation at 7 minutes and removed the cream. (Four to ten minutes is the recommendation.) Her face was bright red and she experienced severe pain after cream removal. She used the 'after' product and it became worse. After two days of aloe, her skin calmed down. It took two additional days to look better. Terrible pain; and much of the hair on her chin remains. Very disappointed!
