I am very disappointed with this product. It doesn't seem to be that durable. The mixer was literally shaking violently when I tried to mix up cookie dough. The shield guard is useless. It has a very small opening in an awkward place to add ingredients while the mixer is on. Each time I wanted to add more ingredients I would have to stop the mixer and tilt up the head and then put it in carefully because the beater is in the way. The bowl has small dimensions at the top. You only get the one bowl. In my cooking and baking needs I need multiple bowls and you can't use a regular bowl. I also was not able to find any online. At one point the mixer just wouldn't start. I'm in the middle of mixing a receipt and the thing won't go. I finally tried unplugging it and then re plugging it back into the outlet. I will be returning this product it doesn't work right. What a disappointment!
