Received and was disappointed - dead on arrival. The OPEN LID button would do nothing. The other RELEASE LID button worked. Called Hamilton Beach as directed on the box for problems. WAS SHOCKED to find out that they discontinued this item and haven't sold it in OVER a YEAR. They would not repair; nor replace the unit. So sent it back to Amazon as damaged product. For me: I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN .... no longer in production and NOT supported by the manufacturer - Hamilton Beach ... disappointing.
