I'm basing my review on their old formula. I know, I know, that cliche. But let me tell y'all something - the old Andalou products were amazing. Their old Volume Shampoo was shockingly potent, despite it's reasonable price. I never had so much volume in my coarse Asian hair. And of course, all good things always come to an end, and now we're stuck with a new formula that just leaves my hair flat. It's now like any other shampoo in the market. I really did resist writing this review because I thought I was crazy. But I was lucky enough to keep one of the old bottles (Lavender, Biotin) and yes, I can confirm that they've changed the ingredients. And now the magic is gone. And the worst part is the new designs of these white bottles - so rote and generic. The new bottles and formulas are a total indication that the company probably changed the upper management, and now they're just cutting corners. That's a damn shame.
