I'm so disappointed, angry and upset; and if I kept the packaging I would return it. It is mostly put together with zip ties and I broke some of the metal pieces with my bare hands! The doors are flimsy and the locks are plastic pieces that snap on the metal. I put a cat that I had just adopted in the cage and he managed to wiggle the "locks" enough to wiggle out the bottom if the door! My cat is gone! DO NOT BUY
