I planned on giving this app a 5 star rating. Until the app erased all my paid puzzle packs. I am not connected via Facebook, I am not on Facebook. Consequently I am unable to restore my puzzle packs. I am a systems designer, and very computer knowledgeable. Basically I spent close to $100.00 on puzzle packs I cannot restore. It seems that erasing puzzle packs is a regular occurrence with this app. That speaks poor design to me. Do not waste your time or money, yes the app is free but puzzle packs cost money. Awful experience.
