Please pay attention to all the 1 star reviews. I have had about 8 of these. They are great when they work. But they invariably fail after 2 months. I highly recommend requesting a refund from Amazon within the 1 month window, because they will fail. That is the only guarantee you can swear by. Forget about the warrantee with Phillips. I tried once. It took 6 months and about 40 emails and phone calls. Not worth my spare time. I purchased the so called new model that is more reliable, but sadly it failed within 2 weeks! Worse than the old model...
