I'm a big Simplisafe fan, I recommend them every chance I get, but This is a poor product from Simplisafe. The camera would not come out of night vision mode and it constantly disconnected. Simplisafe has to go back to the drawing board because this product was a disaster. I brought the Amcrest 1080P pan/tilt wifi camera instead, their support team will have to set it up for you, but it is rock solid.
