No chin/neck support!
I bought this because it stated it had great chin/neck support. As you can see by my photo, this is NOT true! I put it on my granddaughter as directed but as she falls asleep and her head falls forward, the BCOZZY slides apart and her head will fall forward. No matter which way I place this BCOZZY on her, the same thing happens. I basically just threw $25 dollars out the window!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!
