There is a huge design flaw with this machine. They decided to make a hole on the outer basket to attach a rubber stopper that in theory prevents the outer and inner baskets from rubbing on each other. Although the idea is nice, the problem is that the rubber is fragile and breaks apart really easily. With an open hole the oil spills and drips everywhere. Their old model didn't have the hole, so if you want to buy one I recommend the old one. If you already bought the new one, please join me in requesting Cosori to offer replacement plugs for sale. Their costumer service is going to send me 3 new plugs, but that is going to last a few months only, then the machine is useless. If more people complains I am sure they would let us buy more plugs after the warranty is over. If not I will have to buy another machine, but of course from another brand.
