I am always baffled by this. I check in every few months when there is something weather related I want to watch and figure they must have solved this by now, they must want viewers, they can't think the current pay for their individual app service is working, BUT then I discover it is still the same. If you don't have cable, you can't use the app because you won't have a code from your subscriber. People are ditching cable, get with the times! You can pay for the app (channel) on its own, but come on, you aren't HBO, who the heck is going to do that for weather?? Why does this need to be so difficult?!?!? So, once again, you can download the free app for a few hours and then must pay or have cable to use, and no one wants to do that, so no one has access to this channel anymore. Ridiculous! Download Weather Nation on to your Fire Stick, it's free with commercials that pay for the channel. You know, like a normal business model!
