This is very unfortunate. The product itself is great. HOWEVER, it came with a slight manufacturing default and this is where the real problem started. For $1200 I would have hoped there would have been adequate representatives in the US to deal with these minor issues. However, even though I’ve spent a small fortune on this product, Otto Grill are yet to respond substantively to any of the emails or phone calls I have made to receive help on this issue. Ultimately, a company is only as good as it treats its customers and it seems here that Otto Grill has no regard for its US customers. After weeks of trying to receive help from Otto Grill I have been forced to return the product since 2 months of desperate calling for help has yielded no service or adequate assistance from Otto Grill. Truly a shame.
