My kids love this thing, and it’s a shame Little Tikes won’t stand behind their product. Purchased this in October, and by November after using it 6-8 times a seam has split in the slide/entrance area. Along with the seam ripping the “baffle” part of the slide/entrance that creates the tubes also seperated. As you can see from the photos this is clearly a manufacturing defect. After contacting Little Tikes I was told this is “normal wear and tear” and they determined I was not a manufacturer defect and will not cover any repair or replacement. We own a fair amount of Little Tikes products and have been happy with the quality of everything up until now. As parents of two young kids we have made the decision to avoid Little Tikes products because of this situation.
