and quality I expect from Chef's Choice this was a real disappointment.
Overall, it does what I need it to BUT, the coating inside flaked off!!! You have to make sure you dry it completely after each wash before putting it away. I left mine in the dish wrack to air dry and it peeled. For the name (Premium Metal) price, and quality I expect from Chef's Choice this was a real disappointment.
