Works fine, but the hard plastic bowl is very fragile. If you drop it, it will crack. I contacted ConAir and replacement parts aren't available. I replaced this with one from another company that has a soft plastic bowl that should hold up better. BTW, this type of product works great for removing seeds and excess liquid from fresh-diced tomatoes.
