Disappointed is an understatement. The packaging and box were fully intact. The packaging seemed fresh and new. The pillow even had that strange factory smell. I go to remove the pillowcase and unzip the cover from the back to wash it before I put my face anywhere near this pillow and I see the first short black hair. I completely remove the case from the pillow and inspect further and I continue to see short black hairs, some imbedded in the white fabric inside the pillow. There is no way I'd be able to get hair inside the pillow case so I know it's not from me. Also, I have long and very curly black hair so I know these were there before I came in contact with the pillow. The images are of the outside of the pillow case. Thanks to my galaxy S20 camera being able to zoom so close I found even more hairs that I wouldn't have seen at first glance. They're all the same, short, black, straight hairs. I'd simply wash the cover and be done if it were one hair, but this is all over. This clearly was slept on by someone else and shipped to me like it was new. I am requesting a full refund and strongly encourage buyers to inspect these pillows before sleeping on them. This is NOT ok.
