Keep the box it comes in.
Got a bad one. I want to return it, but the box has been thrown out, so I'm screwed and angry.
The interior light flickers, and the 1100 watt power is definitely less than our old 1000 watt microwave. The popcorn setting won't pop popcorn properly.
If you buy one of these, keep the box it comes in.
