Following the instructions, I tried it on 2 occasions cooking the first meal & putting it in the wonderbag for about 9-10 hrs, & 7-8 hrs the second time. The meat wasn't fully cooked, & it was only luke-warm at best so to avoid salmonella we had to discard the food. I spent $57 on this, hoping to be able to use this in preparing meals, & at the same time help someone in Africa;.
