I needed a photo frame for my Dad's Memorial. I needed one that would run for a while without being pluged in. This frame lasted about an hour and a half playing video. That was as expected. What I did not expect was that when pluged in the frame will not start again untill it is fully charged. mine took over an hour...... The Memorial was over. Oh, and the box clearly states that this frame supports SD and USB. I was shocked when customer service told me, "No. These are just holes in the side"...... Last time I tried to warn prospective buyers, Amazon rejected my entry. So you may never see this. I will continue to waterdown my outrage untill it meets with Amazons approval.
