Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I don’t like to write bad reviews but because this could cause injury I was compelled to make others beware. I had been searching for a Step ladder that was sturdy for my husband. He’s a big guy 6’5 350lbs. Found this one that said supports 500 lbs. it was delivered and looks and feels great. We just wanted it for tasks around house, it was not for daily hard work related things. My husband was using it to paint trim on the house. Has stepped on it maybe 10 times at most. Today he stepped on the bottom step and the big bottom step literally buckled/bent and broke! So thankful he was not on the top step! Thankful he did not fall or get his leg caught. Very scary and super disappointing. Amazon was great as always and I received a refund but I really just wanted a good stable step ladder. Beware because someone could get seriously hurt.
