The tree looks NOTHING like the picture. As you can see in the picture, there are HUGE gaps along the bottom half. I contacted National Tree and they were completely unhelpful and unorofessional. The customer service rep responded “YOU HAVE TO FLUFF THE BRANCHES”. (Yes, in all CAPS). I responded back and asked if they accidentally used all caps or were they yelling at me? They replied “IT WAS AN ACCIDENT LOL”. Very professional. When I attempted to fluff as instructed and it still didnt work, I wrote again and received NO response. I would give this tree zero stars if I could. (This is the first bad review I have ever written, by the way, so I’m not a chronoc complainer).
