The thin area around the charging port of my phone case broke off without me dropping the phone. I emailed and asked for a replacement since it says lifetime guarantee. They admitted that this portion of the case often breaks from just plugging in the charger frequently. I asked for my replacement (1.5 months after buying it) and they offered me a discount on one and I'd also have to pay for shipping. Some lifetime guarantee, their lifetime doesn't even last 1.5 full months. Here is their exact quote. " Unfortunately, after a month, it is difficult to know if it is a product defect or the usage that caused the product to break. It could not only come from drops but also friction or liquids it has been in contact with." Don't bother buying anything from this company.
