I had already exchanged this chair for another one due to structural issues I thought were associated with that 1 particular chair. The 2nd chair collapsed while I was sitting in it after only 2-3 months after it was replaced. I don't know what to do now because I have lost money on this trash, and it's too late to return it. I can only warn you to stay away from this chair. I would have been better off spending double on a more structurally sound chair.
