This is a rip-off! Clarified butter or ghee (not necessarily the same- all ghee is clarified butter, but not all clarified butter is ghee) is supposed to have both the water and the milk solids removed, leaving only pure butter fat. This is little more than a premium price for melted butter. When I strained the milk solids out, I had barely 2 ounces of actual ghee. Don't buy! :(
