DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY THESE BULBS ELSEWHERE!!! I would never have guessed that I'd have a problem with something like a light bulb. I thought if it got here in one piece that is all that mattered. Wrong! These things are DEFECTIVE! Out of the box they looked didn't look right. The metal piece is rusted at the bottom of the bulbs. (SEE PICS) But me and my stupid self tried to use them anyway. !st bulb is stuck on the 100 wattage mode - not 3 way at all. 2nd one worked. But the one I'd like for all of you to know about is that 3rd bulb. It sparked up on me when I turned on the light! Not planning on using these things anymore. Reading these reviews on here, I know that this company is well aware of this problem, They just don't care because they continue to sell them. When something catches fire and someone sues their butts, maybe then they'll stop. I've made Amazon aware of this problem as well. I don't know how they are able to keep selling this crap.
