I purchased a set of 3 XL diapers, which turned out to be too big (typically our Rottie fits XL). That purchase was my mistake. I decided to order another set in L and wanted to order from the same company so there wouldn't be any discrepancy with size or quality. I was very wrong. The difference between an XL and L was surprising (see the photos). They wouldn't fit on my Rottie at all. So I reached out to the company to ask if this was accurate or maybe I received a mislabeled set. I sent a picture with my initial email and the response I received was that they needed more photos. So I sent a few more with the tags and labeling and they responded asking for more photos. I got the impression they were stalling rather than attempting to help. I was then told they had passed my concern to another customer service rep, but I was never contacted. I tried to reach out to the company again, but always get the exact same rep who is not helpful so I told them I was just going to return the items and go with another company. Beware of the sizing and good luck if you need to reach customer service!
