I bought 24 of this drive and use it on disk array server. It is just for normal storage. Two of them failed. One of them turn out to be false alert with SMART CHECK. but one of them is serious dead. SMART CHECK shows it is failed drive. Since it has been more than 5 months, Amazon won't replace it. I contacted sandisk, and sandisk gave me bunch of run around. First they told me to plug it in to windows machine run the dashboard report, which i run. I gave the report to them, then they start asking all these weird questions. 'what is your usage', 'what is your operating system', 'how do you know it is dead', etc. I went in reminded them, it is under warranty. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRIVE, THEY ARE NOT GOOD
