I did not like this product as it did not work on my cat and it actually hurt him when I tried to use it on him. However, after I submitted this review the people at GoPets kindly and surprisingly refunded my money. That is what I call customer service!! Thank you for being on top of things like this - most firms would not care after the purchase, but you all did and I appreciate it and will remember your excellent customer service for future purchases. Thank you!
