If you like to gamble, go ahead and buy this. I must have read 100 personal reviews of sonic cleaners before settling on this one. I received it quickly and it immediately fell in love with it. I used it primarily to clean my Invisalign aligners (braces) but also cleaned some jewelry with it. It worked for 35 days like a champ. And then, just like so many of the reviewers had warned me, it just stopped working. I knew it was a gamble when I bought this which is why I waited to write my review. I contacted the seller and they pointed out that (of course) my product is past the 30-day mark for a return but they'd graciously send me an RMA so I could ship it (at my cost) to the manufacturer and they "might" fix it.Yikes. Ok. So I pack it up in the smallest, secure box that had sufficient padding (about the same size as what it was delivered in) and I took it to the Post Office. This is when I learned that the slowest shipping speed for the size and weight of my package was going to be $22. More than half of what I paid for it. I decided to stop gambling that day and just kicked my bad habit by throwing it in the trash and just called it a loss. My best advice for anyone who wants/needs one of these ultrasonic cleaners is to buy one locally from a place like Costco who has a generous return policy. I wasted my time and money. Save yours.
