Bought this product for the “as advertised “ a simple way to cook food and veggies. Followed the short rib recipe in their cookbook to the “T” down to the second. Ribs were like rubber and the veggies were under cooked. The manual is cumbersome as well. Don’t waste your money on this product. Going to return this item. Very hyped with poor results.
