I purchased a All-new Ring Video Doorbell – 1080p HD video, improved motion detection, easy installation – Venetian Bronze (2nd Gen) and this solar charger to go with it on June 29, 2020. My ring was Delivered Jul 6, 2020 but I had to wait almost a whole month after ordering to receive delivery of the solar charger on Jul 23, 2020 The ring doorbell that I received from Amazon DOES NOT FIT on this solar charger! I did everything I could to try and make it fit but the cable placement on the solar charger is not in the correct position for me to be able to connect it to the ring doorbell and then mount the doorbell back on to the wall. I don't know who's giving me the incorrect information, (both boxes claim the items are (2nd Gen) all I know is that this charger DOES NOT FIT so if you have purchased a Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) don't buy this solar panel. Very Disappointed!
