I purchased this solely based on the reviews which seems to have been a mistake. after installation, cameras worked ok but about a week into it 2 -3 cameras were not sending a notification when there was a motion. I reset everything including the router. Still had the same issue but sporadically between all 4 cameras. Mind you there's nothing wrong with the router or the WIFI. so I reached out to seller and described the problem. They suggested that I move two cameras that were farthest from the router closer but this was not possible without losing the coverage I needed for all around the property! Isn't that the entire idea of having 4 or more cameras? so, after nearly a month of installation and having this problem I get another email offering me $15 credit towards my purchase. this was the most ridiculous resolution. Lesson learned, don't rely on reviews since there's no proof all of them were real purchases. very disappointed with the seller and the product. Update after this review, Seller simply does not know how to resolve problems since I replied to their email again stating two cameras are not working properly and do not send notifications they again offered a FREE tiny indoor camera! really?! how is that supposed to remedy the defective cameras???? there are many other cameras and sellers to buy from and perhaps with much better customer service to actually help the problem not just offering a free item!
